Victor is an employment law practitioner with a versatile litigation background spanning state and federal courts, as well as private arbitration. His practice covers the full spectrum of employment law, including wage and hour disputes, claims under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, and matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. He also advises plaintiffs on claims under the Equal Pay Act, as well as on disability accommodations, leaves of absence, and classification issues. He has significant experience litigating complex wage and hour class actions on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants.

Spending more than half a decade in a career in public service, Victor is particularly committed to advocating for workers in high-need industries, including restaurant, agricultural, manufacturing, and construction sectors. Victor regularly represents hourly employees in cases involving wage theft and labor violations, while also counseling employers on compliance with California labor laws. A proud son of immigrant parents from Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco, Victor maintains a strong connection to his heritage. Outside of his practice, he enjoys summer barbecues and weekend gatherings with his loved ones, running in his San Jose community, and supporting his favorite sports teams, including the San Francisco 49ers and Chivas de Guadalajara.
