Ivan advocates vigorously for his clients. In the employment space, he unrelentingly fights for employers and employees in a wide range of matters, including claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, claims under the Equal Pay Act, and many more. In the personal injury space, Ivan conveys empathy to his clients and simultaneously fights arduously to remedy their wrong. Ivan’s approach is to lead his clients to a better place in their lives, and he does so with diligence, care and endless effort—principles which have allowed him to ascend quickly in the legal profession.

Ivan previously worked at a global law firm. He has represented the world’s largest technology companies, including leaders in Artificial Intelligence, large biopharmaceutical companies, global leaders in food production and distribution with thousands of workers worldwide, global leaders in commercial construction designing and manufacturing, and many more. He has also represented both employers and employees in large class actions across many sectors. Ivan has also represented highly compensated earners from the world’s largest companies in Silicon Valley and beyond.

Ivan was previously twice selected as 1 of 30 Fellows of the National Employment Law Council—an organization recognized nationally in the employment space. He also serves as a Board Member for the La Raza Lawyers of Santa Clara County Charitable Foundation.

Ivan is a proud Santa Clara University, School of Law Alumnus. In law school, Ivan served as Editor-in-Chief of the Santa Clara Law Review. He published a case note on a California Labor Code statute—PAGA—the Private Attorneys General Act, that has been cited multiple times in briefing submitted to the Supreme Court of the United States.

Ivan is a proud Bay Area native. He enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid Los Angeles Dodgers fan.
